The Marine Corps taught me discipline. honor.

myself. It's where I leamed that character is
built under pressure.

Leading teams and organizations showed me
the power Of people. culture, and vision.
It's where I leamed that leaders build leaders
and help others win.

CHAPTER FIVE: NEIGHBORFIRST UNITED
I saw an opportunity to bring everything I've learned
together and put it to work here at home. Starting
with my neighbors. Building trust. Creating opportunities. Leaving every place better than we found it. This is the mission.
