NeighborFirst United sparked because traditional entry-level opportunities started disappearing just as young adults needed them most. Technology and the modern economy are changing fast, and young people need places to build work ethic, accountability, and professional confidence before entering the workforce.

I wanted to build a company that creates opportunities and serves as a bridge to their future through a dual-track model:

Off the Field: The same crew members members gain hands-on experience inside our operations, applying their college majors—from accounting and marketing to technology—to real projects that drive the business.
